Rapid Response Transport UK Limited - Administration

Rapid Response Transport UK Limited, Middlesbrough’s largest courier and storage company, entered administration on 6 June.

The company held an international operator licence authorising 30 heavy goods vehicles and 15 trailers.

In 2023, it employed 50 people, down from 70 in the previous year.

Greg Whitehead of Northpoint Associates was appointed administrator, but has yet to comment on the reasons for his appointment.

Barclays Bank has a registered charge against the company.
