Recruiter places ‘phoenix’ firm into liquidation just months after repurchase erased millions in debt

PGGBR Ltd, the phoenix company formed by Andrew Woosnam to acquire the assets of Premier Group Recruitment after its September 2025 administration, has entered voluntary liquidation after reportedly falling behind on the £600,000 deferred consideration owed to the administrators, renewing scrutiny of connected-party pre-pack sales funded through instalments.
