Redcat Leased Pubs Limited - Administration

Redcat Leased Pubs Limited, a subsidiary of RedCat Pub Company with a portfolio of 10 leasehold pubs, entered administration on 28 March.

Nick Holloway and Steve Absolom of Interpath Advisory, who were appointed joint administrators, said that the company was impacted by the wider challenges facing the pub sector, including notably recovery since Covid-related lockdowns.

The administrators are marketing the leases, business and assets of all of the pubs.

Hsbc Corporate Trustee Company (UK) has a registered charge against the company.
