Reflex Fleet Solutions falls into administration
Leonard Curtis appointed 10 months after £16.5 million management buyout of the commercial vehicle rental business

Reflex Fleet Solutions Limited, a Loughborough-based commercial vehicle rental business, entered administration on 20 August 2026, less than a year after completing a £16.5 million acquisition of the business formerly known as Reflex Vehicle Hire. Elizabeth Welch, Conrad Beighton and Andrew Poxon of Leonard Curtis were appointed joint administrators.
The company provides flexible commercial vehicle rental services to customers across the UK and traces its history to 2011. The business previously traded as Reflex Vehicle Hire before being acquired by Reflex Fleet Solutions Limited through a £16.5 million management buyout in October 2025, which followed a period of financial pressure at the business.
The transaction did not provide a lasting solution to the company's financial difficulties, with Reflex Fleet Solutions entering administration approximately ten months later. Further details have not yet been disclosed.
