Repair Maintenance & Overhaul Limited and Gatley Fluid Power Limited - Administration

Repair Maintenance & Overhaul Limited and Gatley Fluid Power Limited, distributers of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and other products, with operations in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Merseyside, entered administration last week. Immediately on their appointment as joint administrators, James Hitchens and Chris Petts of Grant Thornton sold the companies’ business and assets to RAP Industries, preserving 33 jobs. The joint administrators were advised by Emma Sadler, Lowri Mumford, John Duffy and Conor McDermott of Addleshaw Goddard, while RAP Industrials was advised by Julian Turner, Ben Bodmer and Tom Jameson of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Barclays Bank has registered charges against both companies, while Bizlend Limited and Lloyds Bank only have charges against Repair Maintenance & Overhaul Limited.
