Retailers Claire's and The Original Factory Shop on brink of administration

Owned by Modella Capital, Claire’s and The Original Factory Shop are again on the brink of administration after both underwent emergency restructurings last year, including a CVA at TOFS and an administration sale of Claire’s, with notices of intention expected to be filed and advisers Interpath and Kroll lined up as roughly 2,500 jobs hang in the balance.
