Rethink Professional Services, Rethink Holdings and Digital Gurus Recruitment - Administration

Rethink Professional Services, Rethink Holdings and Digital Gurus Recruitment, Manchester-based companies which provide recruitment and talent management services across the UK and internationally, have been sold in a pre-pack deal to Rethink Digital Gurus after Julian Heathcote and Clare Boardman of Teneo were appointed joint administrators on 22 July.

The purchaser is indirectly owned by Swipejobs, a digital staffing platform which operates across all 50 US states and Germany.

The pre-pack deal saves 70 jobs and over 650 contractor roles. 

Leumi UK Group has a registered charge against each of the companies.
