Sana Mechanical and Electrical - Administration

Sana Mechanical and Electrical, an Essex-based mechanical and electrical firm, entered administration on 24 February, with Gary Thompson and Chris Newell of Quantuma appointed as joint administrators.

The company has provided engineering, electrical and lighting services to buildings including the Royal Mail Delivery Office in London, Walthamstow Mall, the Turkish Baths Leisure Centre in London and the Coulsdon Academy.

The reasons for the company’s administration are not currently known, but its most recent published accounts ironically showed that the amounts owed by the company to creditors had decreased, while its assets had increased.

Bibby Financial Services and National Westminster Bank have registered charges against the company.
