Seven Technologies Group Limited – administration

Seven Technologies Group Limited, a Leeds-headquartered manufacturer of surveillance technology for governments, military and law enforcement customers, has entered administration. Andrew Dolliver, John Sumpton and Jo Robinson of EY were appointed joint administrators, and said that the pandemic, coupled with broader macroeconomic headwinds and market uncertainty, resulted in the company being unable to continue to trade. The majority of the company’s employees have been made redundant. NI Growth Loan Fund LP, Yfm Private Equity Limited and Barclays Bank PLC each has a registered charge against the company.
