Shadow bank founder battles to stave off bankruptcy threat

Paresh Raja, founder of collapsed lender Market Financial Solutions, has applied to the High Court to set aside a statutory demand issued by administrators pursuing repayment of alleged loans, as creditors intensify recovery efforts that could otherwise lead to a bankruptcy petition.
