Southend United can start season as staff get delayed wages

Troubled football club Southend United has paid the wages of staff for the first time in three months and can officially start its season, but the club still has debts of £2.5m, including about £300,000 owed to football creditors, as well as a £275,000 tax bill. More from BBC News.
