SRA seeks to be added as creditor in ex-Axiom Ince boss’ bankruptcy

The SRA is seeking an order to become a creditor in ex-Axiom Ince boss Pragnesh Modhwadia’s bankruptcy. Mr Modhwadia was suspended by the SRA in August 2023 on suspicion of dishonesty and Axiom Ince was closed in October 2023.
