Stanton Bikes Ltd – administration

Stanton Bikes Ltd, a Derbyshire-based bike manufacturer and retailer, entered administration on 11 November. Dean Nelson and Nick Lee of PKF Smith Cooper were appointed Joint Administrators following a creditor petition to the court. Over recent years, the company had reportedly been working to bring its manufacturing operations to the UK to reduce wait times for customers. The Joint Administrators will continue to trade the business while looking for a buyer. Hsbc Bank PLC has a registered charge against the company.
