Stephen Rome has joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a partner in the Birmingham office, spearheading the development of the firm’s commercial disputes practice in the Midlands. Stephen joins from Thursfields Solicitors, and is the Midlands Regional Chair and Council Member of R3.
