Struggling DNA testing firm 23andMe to be bought for $256m

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is set to buy genetic testing firm 23andMe out of bankruptcy for US$256 million, and has promised to prioritize the ethical use of customers' DNA data, saying it will comply with 23andMe's privacy policies and applicable laws.
