Supreme Court's judgment over Insolvency Act 'welcome confirmation'

The Supreme Court has issued a ruling on the scope of section 423 of the Insolvency Act 1986, confirming that the section covers a situation where the debtor enters into an arrangement in which a company owned by the debtor transfers a valuable asset for no consideration or at an undervalue.
