Surrey hotel and spa in historic country house bought out of administration listed at 8.25m

Glen Carter and Damian Webb of RSM UK, joint administrators of Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa in Surrey, have completed the sale of the 60-room country house hotel and spa to a Dubai family office through Christie & Co, after marketing the freehold property for £8.25 million, securing the continued operation of the business without disruption to guests, with the new owners planning to develop a luxury wellness centre, expand accommodation, and upgrade the property to five-star standards.
