MNP Ltd., in its capacity as the Receiver of Sweet Berry Farms Ltd., is requesting offers for the purchase of the farm’s assets located at 27 Farm Road, Black Duck Siding, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The assets consist of real property, measuring approximately 80 acres, including five barns, two greenhouses, and farmland. The farm’s machinery and equipment are also included. The property is located in western Newfoundland and Labrador approximately 20 minutes northeast of Stephenville.
