TG Realisations 2023 Limited (formerly known as Tile Giant Limited), a nationwide tile retailer, has entered administration after Stiled Ltd, which acquired the firm just last month, discovered the firm’s finances were worse than expected. Neil Morley and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory were appointed Joint Administrators. Immediately following their appointment, the Joint Administrators completed two simultaneous, interconnected deals to Stiled Holdings Limited, which purchased the company’s trading name, goodwill, business and assets, including 56 stores, its head office and 233 staff, and CTD Tiles, which acquired 13 stores along with 48 staff. 13 Tile Giant stores which were not acquired will close and 43 jobs will be lost.
