Thames Water creditors defy Oxford don’s call for administration

Creditors behind Thames Water have rejected calls from economist Dieter Helm for special administration, arguing their proposed market-led recapitalisation of the debt-laden utility remains the quickest route to stabilisation without taxpayer support.
