Thames Water: Ofwat must correct the government’s legal errors

Good Law Project has called on Ofwat to correct what it calls the government's legal errors on Thames Water, arguing the regulator has full authority to trigger the utility's insolvency by ending its current restructuring plan, after Environment Secretary Angela Eagle claimed the company isn't "technically insolvent."
