The Big Prawn Co. Ltd., a London-based supplier of shellfish products to UK retailers, entered administration on 27 January, with Benjamin Wiles and Philip Dakin of Kroll Advisory appointed as Joint Administrators. Immediately following their appointment, the Joint Administrators completed a pre-pack sale to Sykes Seafood, preserving 120 jobs. Various HSBC entities have eight registered charges against the company, while Sean Dennis O’Hanlon has two.
