The Inveraray Inn trading as the George Hotel - Administration

The Inveraray Inn trading as the George Hotel, a 160-year-old hotel located in Inveraray, Scotland, entered administration on 28 March.
The hotel — which has been in the Clark family for seven generations — struggled with historic debts which were “crippling” its cash flow.
Kevin Mapstone and Kenneth Craig of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint administrators.
The hotel continues to trade while a buyer is sought for the business and its 60 employees.
The Royal Bank of Scotland has a registered charge against the company.
