Totally (AIM:TLY) - Administration

Totally (AIM:TLY), a leading healthcare service provider in the UK and Ireland which works in partnership with the NHS and other providers to deliver healthcare services through its divisions of Urgent Care, Planned Care and Insourcing, has filed a notice of intention to appoint Tim Vance and Sam Woodward of EY as joint administrators.

After a tough year involving a slow ramp up on a contract with the NHS, the company launched a strategic review in May to consider options for a sale or recapitalisation. Unfortunately, no solvent bids were received.

National Westminster Bank as security agent has a registered charge against the company.
