UK court approves German property group Adler's restructuring plan

The High Court has approved German property group Adler's restructuring plan despite opposition from some bondholders following a hearing where lawyers representing Adler's English subsidiary said the group was likely to enter insolvency proceedings at the end of April unless the plan was approved.
