VBites Foods Limited - Administration

VBites Foods Limited, a vegan food company that develops 140 products at its factory in Corby and retails in 24 countries worldwide, entered administration on 11 December.

Heather Mills (the former wife of Sir Paul McCartney), who bought the company in 2009, cited Brexit, the cost of living crisis, increasing prices, as well as “corporate greed and poor management” as the reasons behind the administration.

James Clark and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory were appointed as joint administrators and are continuing to trade the business whilst searching for a buyer.

Seckloe 206 Limited and Nature's Richness Holdings Gmbh have registered charges against the company.
