Vehicle logistics operator Mallock enters administration
Administrators appointed following failed CVA

Mallock Limited, a Leicestershire transport and logistics company specialising in vehicle movements, has entered administration less than 14 months after creditors approved a company voluntary arrangement.
David Kemp and Richard Hunt of Exigen Group were appointed joint administrators on 12 June 2026. The appointment followed the company’s filing of a notice of intention to appoint administrators.
Mallock operated from premises in Bruntingthorpe, near Lutterworth, and provided vehicle collection and delivery services across the UK, alongside general road haulage. Its operator’s licence authorised the use of 36 heavy goods vehicles and five trailers from its Leicestershire operating centre.
The company employed an average of 66 people in the year ended March 31, 2025, down from 88 the previous year, according to its latest filed accounts. Companies House records classify its business as freight transport by road.
The administration follows an earlier attempt to restructure the business through a CVA approved on 7 May 2025. The public record does not yet disclose what caused the CVA to fail or whether Mallock continued trading after the administrators’ appointment. Exigen has also not announced whether a sale of the business or its assets is being pursued, or how many employees have been retained.
