Web of tiny accounting firms audited collapsed MFS property lending empire

The collapse of property lender Market Financial Solutions and related companies owned by Paresh Raja, which threatens billions in losses to creditors including Barclays and Apollo, has drawn scrutiny to a network of small accountancy firms that audited different parts of the group without a single consolidated audit by a major firm.
