WeJo Limited, a NASDAQ-listed, Manchester-headquartered vehicle data tracking company, has filed a notice of intention to appoint Andrew Poxon and Hilary Pascoe of Leonard Curtis as Joint Administrators. Despite successful fundraising efforts and partnerships with GM and Ford, the company reportedly struggled to monetise the vast amounts of data it tracked and analysed. It is now evaluating whether to file ancillary insolvency proceedings in other jurisdictions. Two Glas Americas entities and Securis Investment Partners have a registered charge against the company.
