Wejo Limited - case update

We wrote about Wejo Limited last month, when potential administrators for the connected vehicle data company filed a second notice of intention, buying the company an extra ten days for a rescue deal.

Since that time, a third notice of intention to appoint Andrew Poxon and Hilary Pascoe of Leonard Curtis as administrators was filed on 27 June. That notice expired on July 10, and Wejo staff were reportedly told that no rescue package had been found and that the company will now enter administration.

Information regarding Wejo’s notices of intention can be found here. A notice that administrators have been appointed does not yet appear to have been published in The Gazette.
