Westridge Construction Limited - Notice of Intention

Westridge Construction Limited, a £64m-turnover contractor based in Catsfield, filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators on 12 September 2023. The company, which was founded in 1990, employs over 200 people. It previously stated that challenging trading conditions, significant cost increases and a rise in supply chain failures had caused its profit margins to fall. It has reportedly retained Cripps Pemberton Greenish as legal counsel. Lloyds Bank has two registered charges against the company.
