White Arches Caravans Limited and P.N. Sharpe Limited - Administration

White Arches Caravans Limited and P.N. Sharpe Limited, a caravan and motorhome retailer trading from sites in Rushden and Wellingborough, entered administration on 28 March after cashflow declined due to a number of macroeconomic factors, including the cost-of-living crisis and correspondingly low levels of disposable income.

Immediately on the appointment of Ryan Grant and Chris Pole of Interpath Advisory as joint administrators, a sale to a company owned by Spinney Motorhomes and Caravans was completed, saving all 55 jobs.

HSBC UK Bank has several charges against both companies.
