Daniel Smith and Julian Heathcote of Teneo Advisory were appointed joint administrators and are continuing to trade all businesses as usual while exploring opportunities for a sale. Bgf Nominees Limited, Rutland Partners LLP and Glas Trust Corporation Limited have registered charges against the company.
