Acheson Construction creditor payouts remain ‘uncertain’ amid recovery efforts

Administrators of Acheson Construction, which entered administration in February 2025, have warned that creditor recoveries remain uncertain, with potential distributions to unsecured creditors dependent on the outcome of disputed contract debt recoveries, as the company owes more than £8.9 million to suppliers and realisations total only £70,775 to date against project values estimated at over £2.7 million.
